Josh Quan is the Data Services Librarian for the UC Berkeley Library. He provides consulting to researchers on topics ranging from data discovery to data management and using open source tools like R, Git, and Python for their research. In addition to collaborating with campus partners to help make Berkeley’s data collections (researcher generated and library collected) more transparent, he works to promote data literacy in Undergraduate Data Science Education.
