Emma McManus BITSS CatalystHealth Economics
Emma is a Research Associate in Health Economics at the University of East Anglia. She has a BSc with Honors in Mathematics, an MSc with distinction in Health Economics, and is currently enrolled in a part time PhD at the University of East Anglia, exploring the role of replication within health economic decision-analytic models.
Currently, Emma works on a NIHR Fellowship project looking to prioritise research for an entire clinical area (atopic eczema) using value of information methods. This work has involved numerous systematic reviews, analysis of routinely collected primary and secondary care health data for a large cohort of children and will involve the development of a decision-analytic model.
Emma has a keen interest in the transparency and particularly, the replicability of health economic decision models.
