Nam Pho BITSS CatalystData Science

Nam is a data scientist in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School studying the interactions between the genome and our environment in Chirag Patel’s lab. He is also the associate director for high-performance computing at NYU Langone Medical Center. Nam is a graduate of the 2017 RT2 workshop held in Berkeley, CA and now functions as a resource at his institutions on best practices for transparency and reproducibility in computational research as a BITSS Catalyst.
