Nam is a data scientist in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School studying the interactions between the genome and our environment in Chirag Patel’s lab. Nam is a graduate of the 2017 RT2 workshop held in Berkeley, CA and now functions as a resource at his institutions on best practices for transparency and reproducibility in computational research as a BITSS Catalyst.
