Baobao Zhang BITSS CatalystPolitical Science

I am a third year PhD student in political science at Yale University currently researching as an exchange scholar at MIT. My research focuses on public policy and political science methodology. In the past, I have worked as an intern developer at Plotly, a data visualization software startup that promotes data transparency among its users. An open source software enthusiast, I have taught workshops on R, Python, and GitHub. I am interested in becoming a BITSS Catalyst because I am passionate about transparency in academic research. Currently, I am working with Yale assistant professor Allan Dafoe to create an online forum for academic discussion called Science Commons.
